By using the Nainara website and services, you agree to the following terms.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid within 24 hours. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled. Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes.
Shipping
We ship via trusted Indonesian couriers (JNE, J&T, SiCepat). Delivery times depend on your location and selected service. Tracking numbers are provided once your order is shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery for size exchanges only. Items must be unworn and in original condition. An unboxing video is required for all return requests.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer available and the return policy applies.
